Element Homes is a residential construction company headquartered in Panama City Beach, Florida, with an office in Miami. We're led by Mason Faust, a Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1336334), and we build across the state.

In most ways we work like any good general contractor. We plan the job, hire the best licensed subcontractors we can find, pull the permits, and stand behind what we build. The difference is how seriously we take the building itself, and how honest we are with the people paying for it.

Element Homes grew out of a passion for building science: how a house handles heat, moisture, and air, and how its materials hold up long after the crew is gone. Too many Florida homes are built to pass inspection and nothing more. We want every house we touch to be more comfortable, healthier, and longer-lasting than the one next door.
