Monopoly framing

Walls and roof deck are sheathed and sealed as one continuous shell before overhangs, porches, or trim go on. The house gets tight without relying on spray foam.

ZIP System sheathing

Structural sheathing with a built-in water barrier and taped seams, for a tighter, drier wall.

Impact windows & doors

Storm protection built in, not bolted on. The house is quieter and more comfortable for it.

Fresh air, dry air

A conditioned attic keeps HVAC and ductwork out of the heat. HRV or ERV ventilation brings in fresh air, with a dedicated dehumidifier when the house needs one.
