How it works

  1. Call or send the form. Tell us what happened and whether you already have an adjuster's estimate.
  2. Free damage walkthrough. We photograph everything, including what the adjuster did not write up.
  3. Line-item estimate. You get a written estimate in adjuster format within a few days, with the claim scope and any upgrades shown separately.
  4. Approval and supplement. We work with your adjuster on anything the first estimate missed.
  5. Repair. Permits, scheduling, regular updates and photos until the final walkthrough.

My adjuster already gave me a number. Can you work with it? Yes. Bring the adjuster's estimate to the walkthrough. We price the full repair at current local rates and show you line by line where the two differ.

Do you work directly with my insurance company? We write the estimate, provide photos and documentation, and submit supplements for scope the carrier missed. You stay the policyholder and the decision maker.

Can I upgrade while I repair? Yes. The insurance scope and the upgrade scope are shown as separate line items, so you know exactly what the claim covers and what you are adding.

Do you waive deductibles? No. Florida law prohibits it, and any contractor who offers to is putting your claim at risk.
